The applicant is requesting the following variances to allow signage in excess of the number and square footage allowed for businesses located within a Historic Preservation Zone (HPZ) 1) Increase allowed signage from two signs (one per street frontage) to a total of six (6) signs; and 2) Increase the total square footage of signage from sixteen (16) square feet to thirty-nine (39) square feet. Decision: Variances 1 and 2 Granted subject to the following condition: A. Minor changes to this signage that have been approved through the Historic Review process can be approved by the Zoning Administrator.
