DECISION: VARIANCE: GRANTED WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS. A. Applicant to participate in the Fourth Avenue Parking Improvement District, when instituted; B. Uses for buildings not adjacent to Fourth Avenue are restricted to uses with a parking ratio not to exceed 1:100. 341-343 N. Hoff is excluded from this restriction and may have uses that require a parking ratio not to exceed 1:200. 350 N. 4th Avenue is still subject to provisions of original variance request; C. Additional bicycle parking to be provided, per City Engineer approval.
