| 12/28/2005 | 1. Hydrology Report prepared by Thomas J. Patterson, P.E. of JE Fuller Hydrology and Geomorphology, Inc. dated October 18, 2005 is approved. Future development to follow the Hydrology Report. 2. For purposes of this permit the following flood elevations shall be used: Base Flood Elevation (BFE) = 2371.0 feet per the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) 1929 Regulatory Flood Elevation (RFE) = 2372.0 feet per the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) 1929. 3. The minimum finished floor elevation (FFE) for EACH structure is 2372.0 feet above mean sea level (amsl) NGVD '29. Service facilities, such as electrical, heating and cooling equipment, shall be constructed at or above the same minimum elevation as the FFE and either be placed on flood proof materials or be adequately flood proofed. 4. A Floodplain Use Permit AND a completed Elevation Certificate (certified by an Arizona Registered Land Surveyor) are required for EACH proposed single family residence when plans are submitted for permitting. 5. Any further uses, including fences, walls and/or pools, will require a separate Floodplain Use Permit. 6. Permittee acknowledges that the subject property is located in a Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA), Zone AE, as shown on the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM), Community Panel No. 040076-04019C-1639K, effective date February 8, 1999. Federal law requires that a flood insurance policy be obtained as a condition of a federally backed mortgage or loan that is secured by a building located within a SFHA. 7. Future site plan for the proposed residences need to have the above information included in the General Notes. |

Hedrick Dr. APPLICANT: Reliable Permit Management The applicant is authorized to use a portion of the City of Tucson property described as (legal description): Catalina Poultry Acres Unit No 3 S65' & W12' N85' Lot 6 Blk 3 1. This permit is for the purpose of construction of a single-family residence within a mapped Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA), Zone AE, as shown on the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM), Community Panel No. 040076-04019C-1639K, effective date February 8, 1999. 2. The proposed structure is impacted by the regulatory floodplain. For purposes of this permit, the following elevation requirements apply: Base Flood Elevation (BFE) = 2371.0 feet per the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD '29) Regulatory Flood Elevation (RFE) = 2372.0 feet per the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD '29) Residence to have lowest finished floor elevated at or above the Regulatory Flood Elevation (RFE). Service facilities, such as electrical, heating and cooling equipment, shall be constructed at or above the same minimum elevation as the FFE and either be placed on flood proof materials or be adequately flood proofed. A Building Under Construction Elevation Certificate, completed and certified by an Arizona Registered Land Surveyor, must be returned to the Engineering Division of the Development Services Department. A hold will be placed on the slab inspection (P2S) until the Elevation Certificate has been returned and approved. A Finished Construction Elevation Certificate must be returned to the Engineering Division and approved prior to the issuance of the certificate of occupancy. 3. Any additional improvements, including block walls, fences or pools, will require a separate Floodplain Use Permit prior to construction. |
