| 11/16/2005 | No further material may be placed in the regulatory floodplain and floodway without a separate approvedsite plan and floodplain permit. Any material removed from site may not be replaced. Conditions from FUP #1419 issued by TDOT apply to this permit. This permit is good for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance. It may be renewed for a period of 30 days at the sole discretion of the Development Services Director or his designee. This permit is for the sole purpose of removal of the existing stockpile located within the Tanque Verde Wash regulatory floodplain as shown on the attached plan. This permit does not authorize permanent fill or alteration of the floodplain. A separate permit is necessary for a permanent fill or reworking of the existing stockpile. A grading permit is necessary for any permanent stockpiling or reworking of the existing materials in the floodplain of the Tanque Verde Wash. Section 404 clearance from the USACOE will be required. |
