All perimeter walls will have continuous openings, to the extent of not compromising the structural integrity. The top of the openings shall be at elevation 2410.50 above mean sea level, National Geodetic Vertical Datum 1929 (NGVD 1929) or higher. The elevation should be certified by a Registered Land Surveyor.
