11/09/2004 FLOODPLAIN USE PERMIT CONDITIONS This permit is for the purpose of setting up a manufactured home in a City of Tucson regulatory floodplain. The bottom of the lowest structural member (LSM) of the manufactured home on the property under this permit and all equipment such as furnaces, hot water heaters, heat pumps, air conditioners, etc must be located at or above the regulatory flood elevation of 2338.3 feet above sea level, City of Tucson datum, as certified by a Registered Land Surveyor. An Elevation Certificate must be completed and returned prior to final inspection, occupancy of the structure, or issuance of Certificate of Occupancy. The manufactured home must be placed on a permanent foundation (with anchoring) that meets the requirements of permanent foundations as defined by the U.S. Department of Urban Development (HUD) and the Federal Housing Administration (FHA). Certification by a state registered professional civil engineer that the installation of the home meets all the requirements of Chapter 26 Section 9 of the Tucson City Code is required.
