01/13/2005 This approval is for acceptance of the drainage report for floodplain determination only. Subsequent development plan submittals are required for development that may include: plat, grading plan, floodplain use permit, and a drainage report for the proposed project.
01/13/2005 Per DS Sec.10-02.2.3.1.3.A.5: If there are any changes to the upstream berm, watersheds, or design flow, re-evaluation of the floodplain may be needed.
