ADDRESS: PO Box 22199 Tucson AZ 85734 PHONE: (520) 294-6403 The applicant is authorized to use a portion of the 100-year Special Flood Hazard Area in the City of Tucson, Arizona on the property described as ELSTONE LOTS 13 & 14 . This permit is for the purpose of grading improvements, as shown on the stamped approved Development Plan, Grading Plans (DSD activity #'s D04-0024 & T04BU02254), and Paving Improvement Plans which are made a part of this permit. The applicant agrees to comply with City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard Management regulations, and is particularly bound by the conditions stated below. Violation of any of the conditions stated or referred to below, as determined by the City Engineer, shall be grounds for revocation of this permit. Responsibility for renewal of this permit, if necessary, is with the applicant. Issuance of this permit does not constitute a waiver of other requirements contained in the Tucson City Code, Land Use Code, or any other Federal, State, or local regulation. No use other than as permitted herein is allowed. Additional uses allowed under City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard Management Regulations require a new application, approval, and issuance of an additional Floodplain Use Permit. The following conditions apply to this permit (Tucson Code, Section 26): 1. All work shall conform to the stamped/approved grading and paving improvement plans referenced above, which are made a part of this permit. 2. Except as approved by the City Engineer prior to the start of construction, development under this permit shall not obstruct, retard or divert the existing flow of floodwaters from or to adjacent properties. 3. This permit becomes invalid and is subject to an additional floodplain permit application and review, if any proposed or required modifications change the configuration of this site development. 4. Any walls other than as shown on the referenced Development Plan, Grading, and/or Improvement plans will require a separate floodplain use permit application and approval prior to construction, if proposed within the regulatory floodplain. Please call Development Services Department at 791-5550 for questions This Floodplain Use Permit will be automatically revoked and becomes invalid, if development onsite results in non-compliance with conditions set forth in this permit. This permit will expire one year from its date of issue.
