08/05/2004 THE APPLICANT SHALL BE PERMITTED TO ERECT A CHAIN LINK FENCE AROUND THE MONITORING WELL WITHIN THE FLOODPLAIN AT THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS 737 WEST SPEEDWAY BOULEVARD. THE FENCE SHALL BE ERECTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE JUNE 28, 2004 FROM TRACY A. BOGARDUS P.E. 1. THE FENCE SHALL BE NO LONGER THAN 20 FEET ON EACH SIDE OF THE ENCLOSED AREA. 2. THE CHAIN LINK FENCE WILL BE RAISED APPROXIMATELY ONE (1) FOOT ABOVE GRADE TO MINIMIZE THE POTENTIAL FOR OBSTRUCTIONS TO THE FLOW. 3. CONSTRUCTION OF ANY ADDITIONAL STRUCTURES OR FENCES WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE FLOODPLAIN USE PERMIT.
