09/07/2004 1. This permit is for the purpose of new development (10 apartments) 5 foot CMU patio walls and a 6 foot CMU exterior wall and grading. 2. The lowest finish floor of the building and utilities on the property under this permit shall be placed a minimum of 2381.90 feet above sea level, NGVD 1929 NAVD 1988 as certified by a Registered Land Surveyor. 3. All perimeter walls will have continuous openings to the extent of not compromising the structural integrity, at a height equal to the Base Flood Elevation. 4. This Certification must be completed and returned to Development Services Department, Engineering Section, on the 1st floor of the County/City Public Works Building at 201 N. Stone Ave. This Certification must completed and returned prior to final inspection, occupancy of the structure, or issuance of Certificate of Occupancy.
