APPROVAL UNDER THIS PERMIT IS FOR GRADING OF PUBLIC STREETS AND DRAINAGEWAYS AS INDICATED IN PHASE I ONLY. NO BUILDINGS/STRUCTURES OR UTILITY INSTALLATION UNDER THIS PERMIT.
