Grading of the public rights-of-way, other than rough grading, must comply with approved TDOT/Engineering Public Improvement Plans (I-drawings). APPROVAL UNDER THIS PERMIT IS FOR GRADING OF PUBLIC STREETS AND DRAINAGEWAYS AS INDICATED IN PHASE I ONLY. NO BUILDINGS/STRUCTURES OR UTILITY INSTALLATION UNDER THIS PERMIT. A separate floodplain permit application, review and approval will be required for final grading outside the phase I areas delineated, utility installation and building construction.
