11/26/2003 GRADING - FINAL DROBERTS Approved THE WORK ON THIS SITE HAS ONLY BEEN COMPLETED IN THE PHASE 2 PORTION AT THIS TIME. A RELEASE OF THE BOND ON THIS SITE CAN NOT TAKE PLACE UNTIL THE WORK IS COMPLETED PER THE APPROVED PLANS. A RELEASE OF THE GRADING RESEEDING BOND CAN NOT HAPPEN UNTIL ANOTHER BOND IS PUT INTO ITS PLACE. THE FOLLOWING ISSUES STILL REMAIN ACTIVE ON THIS SITE:
1) ON THE WEST SIDE OF THIS BUILDING NEAR THE MAIN ENTRANCE, A ROOF DRAIN STILL DEPOSITS WATER ONTO THE SIDEWALK. IT WAS DISCUSSED PREVIOUSLY THAT THIS WATER NEEDED TO BE DEPOSITED INTO EITHER A PLANTING AREA OR TAKEN DIRECTLY TO THE PARKING LOT.
2) ADJACENT TO THE QUIZNO'S ENTRANCE A ROOF DRAIN REMAINS ACTIVE AND DEPOSITS WATER ONTO THE SIDEWALK. PREVIOUSLY IT WAS DISCUSSED THAT THIS SITE ALONG WITH OTHERS WERE TO BE CHANNELED SO THAT THE WATER WAS DEPOSITED DIRECTLY INTO THE PARKING LOT. THE ONLY ROOF DRAINS THAT DID NOT HAVE TO MAINTAIN THIS CRITERION WERE THE DRAINS THAT FELL WITHIN THE PRIVATE PATIO AREAS.
3) ADJACENT TO THE LOADING ZONE SOUTH OF BUILDING 3 DERTERIORATED PAVEMENT HAS BEEN NOTED. PREVIOUSLY IN THIS AREA STANDING WATER HAS BEEN NOTED TO POND FOR 2 TO 3 DAYS PRIOR TO EVAPORATING.
4) THE 2ND REENTION/DETENTION BASIN SOUTH OF COPPER STREET DOES NOT DRAIN CORRECTLY. STANDING WATER HAS BEEN NOTED IN THIS BASIN AFTER LOCAL RAINS FOR MORE THAN THE ALLOTED TIME FRAME.
