02/23/2024 ENGR Engineering Final N/A Not Ready Looked over the site with the contractor and discussed the items that they will need to look at in the future before we come out and do a final inspection of this site. The contractor has been working on the interior of the site for the last couple years and is getting ready to get started on the exterior of phase 1. We have advised them that they will need to make necessary repairs to all the pavement, remove some of the existing handicap, access, ramps, and replace some of the sidewalks, so that they are compliant with current ADA Codes.
