For a PDSD Engineering Inspections, call IVR (791-3111), or schedule with a Customer Service Representative at the Planning & Development Services Department, or contact PDSD Engineering at 837-4888. Call for inspections of SWPP control installation, stormdrain improvements, scuppers, and other inspections as discussed with Inspector at time of Pre-con meeting.3)There shall be no disturbance outside of the approved grading limits. Any grading outside of the grading limits requires separate grading permit or a submittal, review, and approval for separate permits.4)There shall be positive gradient provided from edge of building away from building and toward scuppers. Positive gradient shall be provided in periphery graded areas around site so that no ponding occurs.5)Temporary SWPP controls shall be maintained during construction until all permanent control installations are completed. 6)If there are any revisions to design or construction, contact PDSD Engineering Inspector or PDSD Engineering Civil Engineer to discuss proposed change to determine whether one of the following may be needed: notation of change may be needed in system and later as-built, details of change, or revised plan submittal. 7)With as-built submittal, provide copy of Revision application with cover letter explaining revisions as as-built conditions. Provide also certification statements from Registrant (for overall project substantial completion as well as drainage infrastructure installation) prior to approval of final grading. Include as-built elevations of invert elevations of stormdrain pipe system, inverts of inlet and outlets of surface drainage system, FFE of building, and other elevations as deemed necessary by RLS.8)Permitee shall notify PDSD when grading operation is ready for final grading inspection. Final grading approval shall not be given until all work, including installation of all erosion control measures, have been completed in accordance with approved grading plan and grading permit, and all conditions of permit are completed. |
