The applicants' site is an undeveloped 15.9-acre site located on the southeast corner of Escalante and Houghton Roads within the Scenic Corridor Overlay Zone. The applicants propose a single-family residential development consisting of 42 lots developed as a Residential Cluster Project (RCP). The applicants are requesting the following variance to Scenic Corridor Overlay Zone requirements: 1) To allow the exposed slopes to be greater than a one (1') foot rise or fall over a three (3') foot length.
