The applicant's property is a 5,922 square foot lot developed with a single-family residence, a detached shed and detached play structure. The applicant proposes to construct a two-story addition onto the rear of the existing residence. The applicant is requesting the following variances: 1) Reduce the setback of the existing play structure from nine (9') feet to one (1') foot. 2) To allow the existing shed to remain as constructed within the buildable area on the lot, between the principal dwelling and the street lot line. 3) Reduce the setback of the addition from the east lot line from sixteen (16') feet to thirteen feet five inches (13'5"), as shown on the submitted plan.
