The demolition of non-conforming barns and reconstruction of a new barn requires that all LUC development criteria applicable to the new construction be met. The applicant is requesting a variance to allow the site's total lot coverage be increased, by the construction of the new barn, as indicated on the revised site plan for the property dated April 17, 2003.
DECISION: VARIANCE 1: GRANTED WITH CONDITIONS.
A. Variance not effectuated until use of the south adjacent property has been resolved in a manner acceptable to the City, which may include a requirement for the installation of a fence along the south lot line.
