The applicant's property is a 16,040 square foot lot developed with an existing 3,370 square foot single-family residence with a carport addition. The applicant is requesting the following variances to allow the carport to remain as constructed: 1) Reduce the front yard setback for the carport addition from eighteen (18') feet to zero (0') feet as measured to the street lot line of the property, and 2) Reduce the side yard setback for the carport addition from six (6') feet to zero (0') feet as measured to the property's south facing lot line. DECISION: Variances 1 and 2: Granted with Conditions: A. Carport not be enclosed. B.
