The applicant's site comprises Lots 20, 21 and 22 of the Eastside Research Commerce Center and is proposed for development with two industrial buildings. The proposed development of the vacant site will require that all LUC development criteria applicable to new construction be met. The applicant's request requires the following variance; 1) delete the required five-foot (5') high masonry wall along the project's south perimeter lot site.
DECISION: VARIANCES 1: GRANTED WITH CONDITION. A. Existing landscaping along this perimeter line be augmented with additional
landscaping as agreed to by the applicant and the owner of the south adjacent property. The landscape's maintenance and irrigation to be included in this binding agreement. The landscape plan and agreement for this perimeter line to be reviewed and approved by the Zoning Administration Division.
