The applicant's property is a 6,904 square foot site developed with an existing four bay automotive service station. The service station currently is required to lease off-street parking spaces in order to comply with LUC parking regulations applicable to the use. The applicant is requesting the Board's approval to delete the requirement for the service station to provide leased offsite parking and allow the spaces existing onsite to comply with LUC regulations. The applicant is requesting: 1) The variance necessary to reduce the off-street parking space requirements for the existing automotive service station use of the property from seven (7) spaces to one (1) space.
