C10-02-27 O'CONNOR/RAY RESIDENCE ADDITIONS The appellant (Kathleen O'Connor) is appealing the Planning Department's approval of Lot Development Option Case LDO-02-49. Case LDO-02-49 is a request by the property owner (Dawn Ray) to expand the existing single-family dwelling on the property by a new garage and a new two-story room addition. The approval of the Case LDO-02-49 allows the new additions reduced building setbacks. It is the appellant's opinion that the LDO application should have been denied based on the project's noncompliance with the required LDO Findings of LUC Section 5.3.4.3. The appellant is appealing the Planning Director's decision to approve Lot Development Option (LDO) Case LDO-02-49. DECISION: THE PLANNING DIRECTOR'S DECISION IS REVERSED (CASE LDO-02-49 IS DENIED).
