C10-02-25 WAGNER RESIDENCE ADDITIONS The applicant's property is a 7,354 square foot lot developed with two existing single-family dwellings. The applicant is proposing to expand each dwelling by new room and addition. The applicant filed a Lot Development Option (LDO) application with the Planning Department requesting zoning approval to allow the new additions reduced side yard setbacks. Based in part on a written protest that appeared to staff to question the project's compliance with the required LDO Findings of LUC Section 5.3.4.3, the Planning Director denied the applicant's LDO application. The applicant is appealing the Planning Director's decision to deny Lot Development Option (LDO) Case LDO-02-62. DECISION: THE PLANNING DIRECTOR'S DECISION IS REVERSED (CASE LDO-02-62 IS APPROVED) SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITION. A. The new wall for the south residence additions be no higher than two feet above the existing wall along the south property line.
