It was great speaking with you Antonio. As stated over the phone conversation, the 90 day pre-citation was up for 8845 E Tanque Verde. A pre-citation is a courtesy letter to the business before an actual citation is issued. With that being said, with you contacting me and stating that you are in progress of installing the system, I can extend the time. Please e-mail me by next week to let me know how much time you need to meet compliance. I will look it over and let you know if that is acceptable.
As for 7335 S Houghton, I originally asked for the business to move the tank outside. Now Tucson Fire is requiring the business to meet all of the C02 requirements. I have attached the C02 requirements. I will give you 90 days to have the store off of 7335 S Houghton in compliance. The re-inspection date will be 7/19/16. Just a reminder, you will have to tie the C02 alarm system into the current fire panel and have it monitored. This will require a permit through the City of Tucson. Permits can be discussed and applied for at 201 N Stone.

JH 5/10/16 Alarm system installed. Sensor tested with gas and passed. Physical protection installed over sensors. Labeling and directions posted. Emergency shut offs posted. Pumps vented outside. Alarm still needs connected to fire alarm system. Business is filing an appeal on alarm system.

JH 12/17/15 CO2 tank placed outside. Fire alarm panel was in trouble mode. Notified business property rep and spoke with Chris Noll on phone. Fire alarm needs to be working. Business is filing an appeal to have system removed. Appeal will be filed the first week of January. Until decision is made, fire alarm must be working.
