05/03/2022 COT - FOPR - Structure (eg stages, installations, framing, air supported structures) Completed 04/30/22 TDP - during my inspection I noticed that most of the metal stakes were not properly secured (I was able to pull them out f the ground with my hands witrh ease). Asked owenr to properly secure all stakes. Also asked to set up a no moking sign ad fire extinguisher in both tenst. After my second inspection all was corrected.
