02/26/2019 COT - Fire - Complaint Completed IMusic Hall alarm activation due to steam machines usage in basement (ironing).

Follow up on the plan for today's performances. We have attempted to convince the client that relocating their steam station will mitigate the issue however they have not had any success. We have 2 shows with door times at 1:00 P and 6:30 P. I have taken the following steps:
1. Scheduled 1 guest services person specifically for fire watch patrol. This person will have a radio set to channel 6 to report any issues to security right away. Obvious fires security should call 911 right away
2. Trained 1 guest services security person to observe the annunciator music hall fire panel while on post back stage. This person will have a radio set to channel 6 to report any issues to security right away.
3. We will take the fire panel out of service using the MH a/v disable button Cab 3 the main security panel. As trained by Climatec last night. MH panels only will be in bypass mode from 1pm-11pm. I have informed central alarm. They have both the control C and my cell phone numbers listed as primary contacts for this event.
4. 1 security officer will remain in control c at all times monitoring the fire panel.
5. if we have any issues restoring the fire panel we will reach out to climatec directly.
If anyone objects to this plan or has suggested revisions please reply all to this email. If no response is given, approval is assumed.
