| 08/13/2014 | COT - Fire - Complaint | Completed | Complaint from John Krygelski (320-9530) who owns business to the south of address. He states that he smells fuel and sometimes it is so strong it causes throat irritation for him and his employees. JL 8/13/14- CF, JV and I met with Environmental Services (RB) to investigate site of known soil contamination, determined that it was emitting VOCs and that it needed to be contained. Site was unsecured and we were unable to contact owner prior to work being done. We followed up with Complainant on site. Field notice of rightful entry and order to secure issued to property owner at different address after repairs were made. |
