04/06/2017 COT - Fire - Storage Tank Completed JH 4/6/17 Spoke with Summer Igo from ADEQ. NWTL has not been able to supply ADEQ with proper documentation of tank lining API standards. As of now, tanks are O/S. ADEQ is notifying owner and owner will have to go with another contractor to place tanks back in service. WIll follow up with ADEQ.
