Unpon arrival myself and Inspector Gates spoke with ecurity personel, lean nurs as well as vale personell to ensur that everyone knows not to park and leave cars anattended at the fire lane. I will also speak about it with Mr, Frank Leon during my re-inspection visit.
04/13/2012 COT - Fire - Complaint Completed A fire watch was established with "Chris" 349-2347 for a loop section being down for a short period. The problem came from a damaged circuit board.

11/27/2019 COT - Fire - Complaint Completed 11/27/19 TDP - based on the information obtained from Mr. David Morse (520-275-0274) from 6567 E carondelet I visited St. Joseph hospital to ensure that all their systems are fully operationsl. While speaking with Mr. Jackob Linhart (facility director) I was told that all systems (fire alarm and sprinkler) are fully operational.

12/09/2015 COT - Fire - Complaint Completed Field generated complaint from Station 9 personnel regarding private hydrant 5262-16. Steamer cap is reported to be only 6" from the ground.
