Started work December 4, 2024. Arrived on site to observe. Hal Hay's has set up traffic control signs and begun work on gas lines. Majority of Work should be behind sidewalk in dirt area. Possibility of working under sidewalk, depending on existing gas line. Any sidewalk panels damaged will be replaced by contractor. |
