met on site with Ed, the general contractor, with desert, barricade, and with desert Earth contracting. We discussed extending work hours to begin at 5 AM. We discussed concrete being used to be 2500 psi and we discussed traffic control and not maintaining pedestrian access on the east side due to full access on the west side for pedestrians and bicycles. |
