05/01/2026 TRSP - PIA - Barricade - Setup/Takedown/Routine Passed No work has started within the right of way on this PIA project. There is still a cyclone fence surrounds the property and there is traffic control on the shoulder, but there is no shoulder closure.
05/08/2026 TRSP - PIA - Barricade - Setup/Takedown/Routine Passed Site visit to Circle K at Tanque Verde and Houghton. Met with Paul and discussed the timeline for work within the right of way. In three weeks on the week of the 26th sewer work is to begin with Pima County inspecting. Curb and sidewalk to follow, no native was used on site, import soil was used due to large buildup for building and surrounding structures. No ABC stock pile on site yet. We had a lengthy discussion over the southwest corner of Houghton and Tanque Verde as the plans show no ramps being built and sidewalk curves around with no changes at any corner of intersection.
05/15/2026 TRSP - PIA - Barricade - Setup/Takedown/Routine Passed Site visit, no work within right away, no progress on sidewalk or driveway entrances.
05/28/2026 TRSP - PIA - Barricade - Setup/Takedown/Routine Passed Traffic control is set up for a shoulder closure while offsite sewer work is being completed. Fencing is still in place around facility. No work yet on sidewalk or driveway entrances
08/25/2026 TRSP - PIA - Barricade - Setup/Takedown/Routine Passed The final inspection was passed today and all traffic control has been removed from the right of way. This inspection is no longer needed.
