All other violations had been abated. San Francisco Chocolate Factory "Jay" was blocking the fire lane with umbrellas after being asked to remove them the previous days. He blatantly disregarded what he was asked and made a joke about a Sunday morning inspection. The event coordinator was informed of this behavior and the umbrellas were removed. |
