We also walked the allys on both sides of 4th ave to ensure fire lanes were clear and no parking signs present. Violations found: - NW corner of 4th Ave and 4th St. Rite Taco, food truck had 2 non-compliant fire extinguishers ( 1BC ) Owner was told they could not cook without an ABC and K class extinguishers. There were able to obtain both. Hood system non-compliant. - NW corner of 4th Ave and 6th St. Traffic barricades for fire lane were filled with water by fire department. They should have been left empty for access. TPD Officer Allen stated he would empty them. |
