2 pop up tents, 1 vendor cooking booth, 2 food trucks. Mostly compliant, one of the food trucks is in need of a hood system. I had a conversation with them the week before at a different event. They ordered a K Class and are getting bids for a hood system. Inspector Navarro is also following up with this food truck. |
