Five vendors were cooking under the canopy of the building, not one of them had a fire extinguisher. The event coordinator supplied them with flour to put out a fire. The food truck on site had no fire protection. Fire lanes were blocked by vehicles. I was able to get them almost compliant. 12 pop ups tents 1 food truck 1 big tent 5 cooking tents |
