Tents had weights of some sort, informed those who didn't to add some. Asked vendor making kettle corn to move appliance out from underneath the tent along with his propane tank. Two food trucks (La Muncheria and Gema Raspados) did not have automatic extinguishing systems. I informed both that they would need to get them installed in order to continue operating in the future. They did have extinguishers and neither were deep fat frying. |
