Walked event with Michael Brooks. Pop ups were weighted, had them place extinguishers near grill and eating area. Jumping castles were properly anchored and generators placed a good distance away. I was advised the food trucks were ice cream and shaved ice, they were not on site yet. They had two exits, one that was large enough for vehicles to drive through, I asked them to place Exit signs on them. Things were still being set up while I was present. As I was leaving a food truck name El Dominicana showed up. I inspected the truck, they had a current ansul system and class k extinguisher. I had him switch out a multi plug adapter to a UL listed fused strip. Propane was secured and appeared to be in good condition. |
