Spoke to the tent installer Alberto and told him they needed to add another stake on each corner of the West and East end of tents. Also told him they needed proper anchoring on the 20x40 tents inside the MSA annex, currently only had 750lbs needs 7200lbs. Sean with the Mercado advised they would help by pulling up the bricks and he could then put in stakes, he agreed to do that. Also informed Charlotte that they still needed the extinguishers and no smoking signs, she was aware of this. Also asked Sean to put an "FDC" sign on the fencing that somewhat obstructs the view of the fdc at the Northwest end of the Annex area. | |

Brought this to their attention and they were going to add these. Spoke with David the tent company owner and gave him the paperwork in person regarding our tent requirements and anchoring standards. Asked him to get this squared away for next year so we don't have the same issues. | |
