6 cooking tents, 5 food trucks, 3 food carts, 31 pop-up tents, all compliant except The churro trailer. re was instructed not to cook due to all of the fire protection inspection dates of 2022. He did obtain an updated "K" &"ABC" extinguishers, which then I allowed him to cook. I ask that he have his hood suppression system inspected as soon as possible. Inspector Navarro will follow up. |
