| 10/29/2025 | Partial Pass | 10/29/25 4" C-900 mainline reclaimed irrigation. Starts at Existing 8" Inlet and Discharge. At connection and running approximately 20' south pipe is under 4' PCCP Hardscape. Missing sleeving should extend 2' past pavement in this area. Sleeving needs to be installed. Layout of pipe is different than plans. Plan shows 45 degree jog just south of connection to 8". This would put pipe under turf. As laid out pipe runs parallel along edge of 12' sidewalk. Parks and Recreation has approved this irrigation main installation. Otherwise Bedding correct, tracer wire correct. Pipe runs south and jogs to west and south again. Sleeving is installed under sidewalk west of S Parking lot correct. Going forward sleeving should be 2 nominal sizes larger than pipe and extend 2'past pavement. Pipe extends around ball field and all valves are in place but last valve is missing at end of mainline and section of pipe is missing west of S parking lot. Ok to backfill areas not valves or in question (area not to plan and unsleeved). 12” lifts compacted to 85-95% depending on what goes over it. Detectable marking tape at 6-12” g below grade. |
