The AB needs to be shaved in a few areas that we marked otherwise curb reveals and AB looks good. The whole parking lot will be rolled again and I will recheck on Friday to make sure depths are correct when I come out and do a paving initial inspection on the north parking lot. |

Not completely ready- South parking lot- Asphalt is starting to be placed and will be checked by third-party inspection. The south lot AB is correct and looks better today than on Friday as was discussed. North parking lot- the far north section north of the first set of header/planters is ready for paving. I will come out in the morning to look at the rest south of that area. |

One area along the West Island curb needs to be fixed, the super has been informed and it will be addressed. The ADA parking spot furthest to the east needs to be addressed because it is exceeds 2% slopes both ways. The super has been informed. The next one over to the west is borderline but averages out to be ok. The North parking lot depth and slopes are good. It is being paved now. Asphalt on ground is 280. Thickness is 2.5" Test results of asphalt and compaction reports of both lots to be submitted to the permit. |
