I spoke to Lance from Kappcon and have list items for (747 S 6th ave) to start prior to calling in inspections. (1) a letter from landscape engineer approving planters located at SW corner entry. (2) handicap parking spot located at NW section closest to 6th ave need to be corrected to achieve 2%. (3) handicap railing located at SW corner of 18th and 6th ave needs to have 12” curved extensions added to East and West ends and continuous center bars added. (4) handicap railing needs to be added to the North side of existing railing located at SW corner of 18th and 6th ave. |
