Covered the nursery area and fence protection around that, that will be needed as this is still open range. On the site itself a temporary fence or the installation of the permeant fence will be needed. Area is pretty wide open so all protected plants are highly visible. Water is coming from a nearby hydrant. Dust control will be important. Once trucks start rolling in with the dirt from the Blackhawk project there will be a substantial stockpile until used. A plan will have to be implemented for how to keep the 3' sand topping in place on the range berms. This sand is basically like beach sand and has very little stability on it's own and these are 1 to 1 slopes. |
