02/28/2024 | ENGR Grading Final | Partial Pass | Retention Basins #6 (three on east side) should be 6 inches deeper, Exterior metal canopies on north and east sides drain to sidewalks, need controls, Decomposed granite depth between north sidewalk and Basin is not deep (too shallow) enough, need to add more. |

08/09/2024 | ENGR Grading Final | Partial Pass | I have checked the sidewalks around this project and the seating areas to make sure that they are compliant less than 2% and they are. The small basins in the area of the handicap parking spaces do not appear to be to the proper depth as noted before, by Stephen Collins, in the previous inspection.
10/14/2024 | ENGR Grading Final | Partial Pass | The ramp that leads up to the front door is noncompliant and the other sidewalk that leads to the patio area is noncompliant at 7.6% running slope
10/14/2024 | ENGR Grading Final | Passed | All previous comments have been addressed and are Approved at this time. The ramps that have been mentioned is an earlier Inspection were previous looked at and a determination was made. Since they were just over 6 feet in length and the slopes were less than 8.33% they were less than a Curb Access Ramp and we would accept them. The Roof Drainage for the outside dining area has been evaluated by Stephen Blood and a determination has been made by him that since the Comments for the Plan Approvals did not address this issue when it was Approved then we would not be addressing this at this time. These issues have been Approved at this time but any remodeling or future work on these site will require full Code Compliance may require the changes to be made at that time. |
