08/09/2024 ENGR Engineering Final Partial Pass I have looked at the sidewalk and seating areas and checked them for 88 compliancy, and they all appear to be under 2% at this time. I have checked the two Masons in the areas of the handicap parking and they appear to not have been cut deep enough, and do not need the 6 inch depth requirements. I also looked at the drainage for the canopies that was requested to be changed, and it has not been done at this time

10/14/2024 ENGR Engineering Final Partial Pass The ramp that leads up to the front door is noncompliant and the other sidewalk that leads to the patio area is noncompliant at 7.6% running slope
10/14/2024 ENGR Engineering Final Passed All previous comments have been addressed and are Approved at this time.
The ramps that have been mentioned is an earlier Inspection were previous looked at and a determination was made. Since they were just over 6 feet in length and the slopes were less than 8.33% they were less than a Curb Access Ramp and we would accept them.
The Roof Drainage for the outside dining area has been evaluated by Stephen Blood and a determination has been made by him that since the Comments for the Plan Approvals did not address this issue when it was Approved then we would not be addressing this at this time.
These issues have been Approved at this time but any remodeling or future work on these site will require full Code Compliance may require the changes to be made at that time.
