run and cross slope percentages should be measured to assure ADA compliance.

south property curb not complete and there are disturbed areas in the adjoining landscape areas.
04/01/2024 ENGR Engineering Final Partial Pass solid waste enclosure/gate not per plan,

ADA access from ADA parking space to bus stop not compliant with ADA ( may need additional ramps and railing),

ADA parking space sign needs “Van Accessible” sign,

long term bicycle locker not present,

southern border with former Starsys building still has trees, solid waste, and disturbed areas present.
