Wheel stop in front of 2701 needs to be replaced. Curb at sign at SW entry way still needs to be repaired. Two additional areas of extruded curb need to be repaired along south edge of parking lot noted with contractor. Touch up patching of asphalt in these areas as well. Remove exposed landscape edging east of 2701 needs to be removed. Irrigation leak is in same area needs to be fixed. Another area to the west of that also has more edging and and irrigation leak. Depressed water harvesting area West of Building 2721 not installed. FG would be 6” below asphalt. Pavement needs to be removed and curbs put in build per plan. Trees also to be planted here. |
