I walked to site with the superintendent. There is some issues in the back where the handicap ramp is. The contractor needs to remove and replace the asphalt per new grade. There is a sidewalk on the west side of the building that exceeds the 5%, which will probably need railing, and in the front sidewalk area there that needs a ramp. So contractor needs to finish project per plan or revise plan |
