Hubs are sufficient and drainage is correct, slopes correct and compaction testing is sufficient and complies. The Basin behind the Refuse Enclosure is a little too deep, I discussed this with the contractor. The handicap parking area slope is defined by vertical curb on either side. One side is close to 2% and on the other side the curbs exceeds it. I recommend this curb over 2% be replaced. The Subgrade between the curbs averages out to a slope over 2%. Fix this problem and reschedule Grading progress when ready. |
